We are looking for a dedicated Pricing & Quotes Specialist with German who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys supporting our Sales Department in the Life Science Industry. What we are looking for:

• several years of experience in a customer centred role or sales department (preferable B2B business services)
• strong base in German (B2) and English (B1)
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills for professional customer interaction
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (preferably SAP) & Microsoft Office
• A structured, detail-oriented approach with problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid setting

How you will thrive and create an impact:

• Own Quote Lifecycle in ERP/CRM tool
  Create, review, and deliver accurate customer quotes in ERP/CRM systems, based on pricing guidelines and product configurations - keeping stakeholders informed and operations smooth.
• Coordinate Competitive Quotes
  Drive end-to-end quote execution including timeline management, compliance checks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Craft Compelling Proposals
  Elevate quotations with engaging visuals and descriptions tailored to innovative lab startup initiatives.
• Bridge Cross-Functional Collaboration
  Work closely with Sales, Vendors, Contracts, and Regulatory teams to streamline quoting processes.
• Support Growth & Innovation Initiatives
  Contribute to promotional activities, private label opportunities, cross-referencing efforts, and CFI (Customer-Facing Initiatives).
