A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into a role where you are the expert in managing and maintaining critical product data within our internal systems like ERP and PLM. Your day will be filled with ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product information, from technical specifications to logistics data. You'll collaborate with dynamic teams across product development, procurement, marketing, and sales to identify data needs and craft effective solutions. As you support the launch of new products and changes, your meticulous data entry and updates will be pivotal. You'll also create insightful reports and analyses to guide business decisions and engage in projects to enhance data quality and processes, including SAP system optimization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage and maintain product data in ERP and PLM systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with product development, procurement, marketing, and sales to fulfill data requirements.
• Support new product introductions by accurately entering and updating product data.
• Generate reports and analyses on product performance to aid business decisions.
• Participate in SAP projects for system implementation, customization, and optimization.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business informatics, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in product data management, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with ERP and PLM systems like SAP, Oracle, or Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in report and analysis creation.
• Superb communication and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent English and German skills.
• Availability to travel to Germany 3 days/month
