Prof, Billing and Route Settlement Support with German language skills(Sofia/Varna)

Job Purpose

The Billing Professional will support the end-to-end billing processes as well as performing QA activities of the CG team and handling billing related escalations for the German market. In addition, the role will support and, if needed, lead billing-driven projects regarding business requirements, continuous improvements, technology initiatives or new business models as well as support other projects needing billing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensures that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.)
  • Responds to identified customer issues, queries and needs, which have been escalated due to non-resolution, or where resolution is urgent and important for Germany
  • Ensures that all billing is sent to agreed customer deadlines and meets customer expectations, investigates and resolves errors.
  • Ensures that quality invoices and supporting documentation is provided to customers by driving or participating in improvement initiatives and projects related to Billing
  • Ensures billing period end closing procedures are completed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensures all relevant checks for the completion of billing the documents by raising timely (within the SLA) all queries to the relevant teams for being sorted out in the corresponding financial period
  • Monitors the performance of CapG team, performs quality assurance checks and provides support where required
  • Provides support and advice on Billing processes where required ( IT tickets, projects, ad-hoc requests, etc. )
  • Ensures all relevant process flows and desktop procedures are reviewed, updated and approved on a regular basis (at least quarterly)
  • Provides training for new joiners
  • Supports a complete testing during the projects' UAT phases in test and production environments for the billing processes, raises timely issues, concerns and technical bugs
  • Ensures a smooth go-live after the implementation of technical developments by mitigating all risks related to the billing process
  • Raises ideas, ensures an appropriate risk assessment and shares regular updates / statuses of all ongoing projects / initiatives
  • Identifies gaps in the billing process and initiate process improvements
  • Active participation in major process changes and projects
  • Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Works and liaises closely with all BU Finance, BPT, CG, SSC teams and other departments where required


Experience required
  • 3 years finance experience (with a minimum of 2 years in Order to Cash) in a multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment;
  • Experience in project management, managing and analysing financial data through computerized systems, ideally in multinational organisation and/or Shared Services environment
  • Ability to analyse financial information and provide solutions to issues
  • Good understanding of business processes

Language Capability & expert level

  • English: essential
  • German: essential


Education & Qualifications required
  • Good knowledge of SAP and other enabling technologies
  • University degree in Finance or Business Studies is considered advantage
