Project Manager - German Speaking

Job Title: Project Manager - German Speaking - Bristol, United Kingdom, with (circa one week per month) international travel. Working for: anana - a leading multi channel provider of contact centre solutions. Salary :  c£50,000 pa (and relocation package) - depending on experience, plus pension (3%/3%), private healthcare, Company mobile (with personal calls included). All business travel is fully expensed. With either an IT and / or call / contact centre  background, you must have a proven track record of delivering bespoke projects to time and budget. An excellent knowledge of Project Management techniques is essential, and a formal project management qualification such as Prince 2 would be helpful, but not mandatory. Experience or an understanding of call centre or contact centre solutions would be advantageous. Whilst Anana specialise in Genesys, this is not essential, but knowledge of a similar software product would perhaps help. The ability to virtually manage development team(s) both within Anana and 3rd party suppliers to ensure that their output is in line with your client’s needs is key. Your client facing, language and documentation skills must be well developed as you will be expected to primarily manage the end to end implementation project for a German based client, as well as other clients as per the needs of the company. Whilst primarily based from the UK Head Office,  reporting directly to the Anana Programme Manager you should be self motivated, self sufficient and hands on enough to undertake your own business and requirements analysis. The company has a youthful and “non-corporate” attitude. They are passionate about their products and the service they offer to their clients. It is therefore a must that you communicate effectively with your peers, suppliers and end clients alike. Working collaboratively, you will need to fully understand the benefits offered by the company’s suite of software products enabling you to continually improve the quality of the service offered to your client. Other expectations include:
  • Create and deliver project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored.
  • Works closely with relevant stake holders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
  • Works with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
  • Submits project status reports to stakeholders; reviews bugs; plans software releases; anticipates and reacts to change.
