The role:

Key responsibility of the Portfolio Services Delivery Team Leader will be management of Data Management and Accounts Payable Teams.

Responsibilities on this role:

• Leading and managing the team of up to 10 FTEs

• Developing directly reporting Team Members as well as ensure an effective work planning and workflow within the team

• Actively manage performance of portfolio services team (Data Management & Accounts Payable) on a regular basis to ensure all their problems are dealt effectively and efficiently

• Ensure all monthly, quarterly, yearly targets are achieved by each Team Member

• Ensure highest level of service delivery including data accuracy, KPI, - quality of all deliverables

• Managing the relation with the internal and external Client and its satisfaction

• Managing projects in terms of Portfolio Services function - data improvements and validation projects, global reporting improvements, technology solutions improvements

• Generate & compile performance reports on the regular basis

• Providing solutions, improvements, best practices, seeking optimization of the processes

• Delivery of trainings & presentations

• Cooperation with CBRE Business Partners to ensure that all SLA's are met

Candidate's profile:

• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate or similar

• Experience in Team Lead's role is an advantage, Real Estate / Lease Administration would be an advantage

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a must

• Client oriented attitude

• Analytical approach to day-to-day tasks

• Able to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met, delivering a high-quality service

• Highly organized to ensure critical control deadlines are met every month

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel and data manipulation skills

• Able to coordinate and motivate a team

• A team player with proven ability to work easily and effectively across boundaries

• Excellent communication skills including presentation skills with fluent English written/spoken

• Ability to engage and present issues for resolution across all levels to the team

• Ability to make change happen in complex environment.
