Quality and Training Specialist (m/f/x) German Speaking

Then show us your game face – because we’re looking for a  Quality and Training Specialist (m/f/x) to join the team.

Your daily pitch:

You work closely with the Manager of Customer Operations Training and Quality and help to organize and structure daily tasks. When it comes to improvement of existing processes, you will develop new ideas and optimize them by considering all relevant aspects. 

Your playing field:

  • You influence the success and make a difference to all quality and training related aspects within the CO department, by having an eye for the big picture.

  • Your goal is to excel every day and create new processes that help to improve not only performance and efficiency but also training and quality methodologies.
  • You therefore continuously evaluate and re-design processes and analyze the result.
  • You live the spirit of #oneteam, as you work closely with your manager and other departments and lead changes in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • You provide nothing but the best possible customer experience. Always having in mind, the customer comes first.
  • Your daily business also includes ad hoc tasks such as preparing presentations or proofreading.

Which skills you should bring to the pitch:

  • Customer Service. Along with your experience in Customer Service, come your iGaming experience as well, to better understand the business and fit the customer’s needs.
  • Language Skills. As an international company with over 40 different nationalities, English is our common language of communication. However as #1 sports betting company in Germany, it is also essential to speak and understand fluent German in both ways, verbal and written.
  • Communication. Not only do you understand both mentioned languages, also it is important you can communicate confidently to your team, manager and stakeholders to discuss new ideas.
  • Project Management. For this challenging job it is necessary for you have first project management experience, so you can push forward and innovate process within this everchanging environment.
  • MS Excel. When evaluating and analyzing results of your projects, your advanced MS excel skills come into play, as this tool will be part of your daily business.
