Your daily pitch:
You work closely with the Manager of Customer Operations Training and Quality and help to organize and structure daily tasks. When it comes to improvement of existing processes, you will develop new ideas and optimize them by considering all relevant aspects.
Your playing field:
You influence the success and make a difference to all quality and training related aspects within the CO department, by having an eye for the big picture.
