Tasks

Responding to enquiries from existing customers mostly in Hungarian but sometimes in German

Providing support for truck drivers on the following issues:

Insurance

Accidents

Arising problems while driving

Communicating mainly on the phone, but sometimes on chat or in email

Taking actions and communicating with foreign authorities in English (mostly written)

Requirements

Assistance operator / customer service / call center experience is an advantage but not a must have 

Native Hungarian 

Fluency (B2-C2) in German 

Communication level (B1-B2) in English

Willingness to work in shifts (night, weekdays and weekends - with flexible and customizable shift schedule)
