Your Role
As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our sales team, taking charge of administrative and operational tasks that are vital to meeting our sales targets and delivering exceptional service to our customers in Germany. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with sales representatives, managing data and documentation, and serving as a key point of contact across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support:
- Assist in preparing and processing quotes, sales orders, and invoices.
- Respond to customer inquiries with accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
Data Management:
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and current information.
- Track sales performance metrics, including revenue, forecasts, and quotas.
- Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
Team Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between sales, logistics, and customer service teams.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules for the sales team.
- Ensure clear and timely communication across departments.
Customer Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs with care and professionalism.
- Resolve issues efficiently to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Documentation:
- Maintain organized records of sales contracts, agreements, and key documentation.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external use.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor product inventory levels and communicate needs to appropriate teams.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Already living in the Netherlands, preferably in the Eindhoven area.
