Sales Support Professional with German
Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Parts & Repair, Internal Sales
Aftersales is a department where we sell to both Onshore and Offshore customers throughout northern Europe. We have sales staff based in the following countries: Denmark, Norway, Sweden, England, Germany, Poland and Austria, but sales also covers other countries, so it spreads widely.
The Aftermarket Sales Team supplies wind turbine owners and service providers with spare parts for maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of thousands of wind turbines in northern Europe. The team runs a determined growth plan through digitalization and customer service excellence.
Many things happen in our department and there is no everyday life that is the same, so that is why Aftersales is an exciting department where we are excited about doing the best for our customers and in the support group. We also have the direct contact with the customers, as we also handle sales orders as well as so much else.
Responsibilities
- Creating NonConformance Reports (NCR) and Purchase orders (PO)
- Managing Sales orders from customer / vendor via Salesforce and SAP
- Returning parts from customer to the warehouse
- Preparing Finance inquiry for sales agents
- Preparing Intercompany billing and Purchase orders
- Preparing monthly reports to the Manager
- Managing Tender procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree
- 5 years of work experience (administrative, documents, orders or relevant)
- Very good Polish and English in writing and speaking
- Good German in writing and speaking
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP will be counted as advantage
Competencies
- Service minded and able to communicate clearly
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-moving environment
- A good ability to keep and overview of many tasks at once
