Job Description

We are looking for an SAP professional who is keen on delivering complex S/4 transformations to our clients in an international environment. You will work with our clients in the template design phase to capture the requirements, guide and lead your team, which will consist of consultants both onshore and offshore. During the design phase you will ensure that the design items do meet the expectations of the client and will bring the expected benefits. After the successful design and sign-off you will ensure successful delivery including go-live. On some projects, an international industrialised rollout where you will play the role of guardian for the design template might follow.

Required Skills/Experience:
• Experience in S/4 transformation projects as stream lead in the SAP PP and QM area. This also includes knowledge about S/4 new capabilities, e.g. Advanced Variant Configuration
• Knowledge about integrations into APO/IBP/MES are highly welcome
• Good understanding of delivery methodologies (waterfall, hybrid, agile)
• Experience in working with a global team and leading and guiding offshore colleagues
• Good process knowledge in manufacturing industry or consumer goods industry
• Can-do attitude
• You are able to discuss with the client different options and process variations and provide guidance
• Knowledge in Signavio and Celonis would be a plus
• You have good analytical skills, a good ability to summarize different options and to provide guidance
• Proficiency to talk to our clients on different levels (C-Levels, Business Process Owners)
• Stakeholder management in complex environments
• Autonomy, team spirit, the ability to listen and adapt, curiosity and a sense of service are all essential in this position
• English and German fluency is mandatory
