Iron Mountain is seeking a German Speaking Senior Bid Coordinator EMEA to support the development of formal tender responses and proactive bids. This role involves independently coordinating all aspects of the bid process, from drafting and editing content to managing submissions. Working closely with Bid Managers and subject matter experts, you will ensure high-quality, customer-centric proposals that reflect Iron Mountain's value proposition. The position also plays a key role in maintaining and improving our proposal content library.

Your role in our mission

• Coordinate and develop professional, compliant bid responses, utilizing content management systems and other digital resources.
• Collaborate with Bid Managers on complex, multi-solution bids, supporting win strategy development and value proposition articulation.
• Consolidate and format contributions from stakeholders including sales, legal, pricing, and technical teams to produce cohesive and compelling proposals.
• Manage mid-market bid projects from initiation through submission, aligning timelines and resources to customer deadlines.
• Lead or support draft reviews to ensure responses meet clarity, compliance, and strategic goals.
• Contribute to the development and curation of reusable content in the proposal library, ensuring relevance and accuracy.

Valued skills and experience

• University degree with strong demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Several years of experience coordinating public or commercial sector bids.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat; experience with content management systems is desirable.
