Job Description

Join us as a Senior Product Manager in Finance & Insurance team, for Moneyland!

We're building Moneyland, a cutting-edge platform designed to simplify how people interact with their finances and unlock new ways to manage, grow, and enjoy their money. As our Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of shaping the product vision, driving strategy, and turning customer insights into innovative solutions. You'll work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure Moneyland delivers real impact to our users and the market.

You will:

• Own and define the product vision and strategy, aligned with business goals.
• Translate strategic objectives into a clear, actionable product roadmap.
• Gain a deep understanding of the market and future trends and incorporate this knowledge in the product development.
• Analyze market trends, competitors and customer needs to drive differentiation.
• Define product requirements, create detailed specifications and user stories to guide development.
• Build and manage the product backlog, continuously refining priorities.
• Define and analyze success metrics to measure and ensure success of the product.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs gathering feedback and analyzing data.
• Work in a small, dynamic team with a startup spirit.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales and operations, to ensure successful product development and market fit.

Qualifications

You have:

• 5+ years of experience working as a product manager or product owner in digital platforms, ideally in fintech, marketplaces, or comparison services.

• A strong understanding of product discovery, agile methodologies, and backlog management.
• The ability to understand technical terminology and are able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills. You can see both the big picture and the operational details.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in an environment where you can make a real impact.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making, KPIs and A/B testing.
• Experience working in agile, interdisciplinary teams, collaborating across functions to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling smooth collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and German is essential, ensuring effective teamwork in an international environment.
