Job DescriptionJoin the team at Operational Services GmbH, within Deutsche Telekom Systems Solutions Slovakia, providing opportunities for German-speaking talents in Slovakia. WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Manage end-to-end execution of customer contracts across countries, ensuring customer satisfaction while optimizing costs.
- Source and manage services internally and externally to achieve the best balance of price and quality.
- Oversee IT service partners, subcontractors, and third-party providers to ensure contract fulfillment.
- Collaborate with clients on developing and maintaining the "Long-Term IT Plan."
- Identify sales opportunities and support the sales team with technical input and contract drafting.
- Lead project management for complex customer orders and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with service levels, contracts, and business continuity plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new service setups and manage customer satisfaction initiatives.
QualificationsYOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:- You have extensive experience in Service Delivery Management
- You have experience in leading and managing service delivery teams
- You have ITIL higher certification (advanced modules).
- You are an effective communicator with advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
- Teamwork, leadership and collaborations skills are your strengths.
- You speak German B2+ and English B2+

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1600 € /brutto.
