What you'll do - Act as the first point of contact via hotline, email, and ticketing system
- Investigate, resolve, or escalate all reported tickets with a focus on achieving a high 1st level resolution rate
- Provide initial assessment of incidents and service requests
- Resolve tickets in line with internal procedures and escalate when necessary
- Comply with procedures, segregation of duties, and service levels
- Contribute to knowledge management
- Perform other duties assigned by Team Coordinator/Lead
Who you are - Fluent in German and English (min B2) is obligatory
- Familiarity with desktop OS (Windows 7/Windows 10).
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting applications (Outlook, MS Office, SCCM).
- Experience in basic hardware issues troubleshooting and drivers support.
- 1+ years of experience in Infrastructure support service desk or relevant desktop support
