Job Responsibilities

1. Integration of Education System

Be responsible for providing insights for integration of China and German, two countries' education system. It will include several aspects, education philosophy and students' cultivation objectives, curriculum design and teaching plan, teaching contents and methods, teaching management and quality assurance, teaching staff construction, culture and values etc.

2. Business Development

Be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans in for Hainan project and identifying potential partnerships and collaboration opportunities with education industry partners, including of domestic and international universities, enterprises, institutions, educational organizations and educational agencies, etc.

3. Coordination and communication

Be responsible for assisting the Hainan project in communicating with the local government and the education administrative department in Hainan and the related departments in Germany as well in terms of University development.

4. Relationship Maintenance

Establishing and maintaining the strong relationships with Germany enterprises, industries, foundations and the German Chamber of Commerce in China.

5. Technology Transfer

Be responsible for setting up the transfer center for Hainan Project by inviting the resources from Germany or European enterprises.

Requirements:

1. master diploma from a German university, prefer in computer science, artificial intelligence, big data, etc.

2. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, ideally with experience in education cooperation project or international project.

3. Native German speaker, able to use English as a working language, and with a certain level of Chinese proficiency.

4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams with a strong sense of responsibility and work enthusiasm and awareness of cultural diversity within an international environment.

5. Business trip if necessary.
