What you'll do - Develop soft skills in communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management
- Gain hands-on experience with HR systems (SAP, Cornerstone, SNOW, CRM)
- Understand corporate HR processes and their interconnections
- Communicate with global HR teams via email and phone
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries
- Handle requests through phone, chat and ticketing systems
- Collaborate with teams in Cairo, Manila, and Mexico
- Support and help implement new HR projects and initiatives
What makes you a good fit - Proficient in German and English (verbal and written) is a must
- Knowledge of Italian is welcome
- Work experience with an emphasis on customer service is an advantage
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Proactive, open-minded, self-reliant, customer-oriented team player with good communication skills

Minimum salary: 1500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
