Turkish/German speaking Customer Service agent Lisbon
Are you service oriented, communicative and social? Do you speak fluent Turkish and perhaps also German? Would you like to spend some time working from a sunny location near the beach? Then keep reading!
On behalf of our client we are now looking for Turkish speaking customer advisors to start on a projects for a global communications company. The company assists global brands with their customer and technical support, advising and helping customers, providing the best possible service and solutions to the clients' needs. You will receive a thorough training from the company, and will be joining their German speaking team. Of course, you will have colleagues from all over the world, as the company has people from over 35 different backgrounds working for them!
The ideal candidate
- Native level of Turkish and a good level of English
- German fluency is a plus, but not a requirement
- Has an EU citizenship
- Is service oriented
- Has an organised work approach
- A critical thinker with an eye for detail
The employer offers
- Training and onboarding based in Portugal
- Annual salary of about 16240€ based on experience (salaries are paid out 14 times per year)
- 5% annual bonus
- Monthly meal - and transportation allowance
- Relocation package consisting of 1400€ to be used towards a relocation service company which will help you getting accommodation
- Initial 1 year contract (full time) with great development possibilities in a rapidly expanding global organization with irreproachable reputation
