Position Summary :

Trend Micro is currently seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join their European Recruitment team to have responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment of field sales positions across multiple locations in Europe. It’s an exciting time to join the talent acquisition team as the company has ambitious plans for growth and critical to that is expanding our talent base that can flourish within our very special and unique culture. Adapting and evolving our recruitment strategies to support business execution is key and with that comes the potential for future growth opportunities.

This role will report into the Head of HR in Europe.

Your responsibilities as trusted sales recruiting partner are to: 

  • Be the first point of contact for all hiring managers – mainly sales leaders; for the European Business Units in relation to their recruitment needs.
  • Assist hiring managers & HRBPs in job profiling, authoring attractive job specs and using social media as a way to market open roles.
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and advising them on best strategy on attracting high calibre candidates.
  • Sourcing candidates through various methods, on-line (LinkedIn, Xing), various job boards and referrals.
  • Responsible for selecting, screening and interviewing candidates; arranging interviews, references and gaining the necessary approvals for offers.
  • Conduct interviews with hiring managers, either face to face, video conference or phone.
  • Support hiring managers in designing interview process approaches & decision making frameworks
  • Work closely with the HR Business Partner for the region to understand future business requirement.
  • Be involve in various recruitment and/or HR related projects on an ad-hoc basis for other regions
  • Manage agencies throughout the role lifecycle
  • You are:

  • A German speaker
  • A great storyteller to sell the roles & Company to candidates
  • Results & metrics driven
  • Strong process & recruitment hygiene discipline
  • Advanced LinkedIn user with strong experience in different attraction for including database search, advertising and referral campaigns.
  • Experience working with a candidate management system (e.g. Workday)
  • Comfortable in hiring sales quota carrying roles as well as technical roles
  • Business partnering is your natural instinct, you are a great influencer
  • A great social networker
  • Comfortable working in a sales driven environment with strong commercial acumen
  • Mobile and flexible for European travel
  • Mature & self aware
  • You have:

  • Strong in-house IT sales recruitment experience required
  • The mindset of sellers & sales management
  • A good understanding with the different talent markets in Europe and the diverse sourcing approaches needed to be successful in them (e.g. direct vs agency)
  • Tech industry experience (cybersecurity is preferred but not essential)
  • Experience sourcing, screening and interviewing Field Sales candidates essential
  • Excellent relationship building, influencing and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
  • A self-starter who has a strong planning and organisational ability.
  • Ability to be able to work on your own initiative.
  • Experience in recruiting talent in the German tech industry.
