WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Account Executive is a
Sales position. Your primary responsibility will be to directly interact with potential customers
all over the world and successfully sell them our agency management tool.
Our customers look at Productive as a means to bring their business to the next level. It's up to you to build a long lasting relationship by providing answers to their questions and presenting our tool in its best light.
This role pays a salary range of:
- EUR 1.400 - 1.600 gross for an employment contract
- EUR 1.680 - 1.920 for a B2B contract

With an equity grant of:
- USD 5.000 - 6.000 in stock options (4 years with 1 year cliff)

ABOUT THE JOBWhat You'll Be DoingAs an Account Executive at Productive, you won't be selling hype - you'll be helping agencies grow by showing them software they actually want and need. You'll be joining a high-performing sales team where collaboration, transparency, and learning are part of everyday life.
- Responding to inbound leads via email and video calls
- Meeting with customers from around the world - typically senior roles and decision-makers
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and showing how Productive can solve real business challenges
- Guiding prospects through the buying journey and onboarding process
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- Onboarding new customers
- Contributing feature requests and feedback to our product team
- Using top-tier tools like HubSpot (CRM), Gong (call recordings) and Intercom.

- Excellent (C1, C2) English communication skills, both written and spoken
- 3+ year of experience in any type of sales / customer facing position
- Agency/consultancy experience is an advantage (but not a requirement)
- You're a fast learner, especially when taking in new technologies, services, and products
- You're assertive, but also charming, approachable and pleasant
- You know how to explain complicated topics in a simple way
- You're self-motivated, prompt and punctual
COMMISSIONHow Much You Can EarnYour starting
quarterly sales target will be $45,000.00. You are expected to close deals in the amount that meets or exceeds that value during a quarter.
You will be rewarded with a 10% gross commission for everything sold
below and up to the quota. If you exceed your target, you will be rewarded with a 20% gross commission
for everything sold above the quota. Here are a couple of scenarios with amounts, for a better indication of possible earnings:
- You sold $20,000.00 (below quota) - you will earn an extra $2,000.00 gross (10% of total sold) on top of your base salary for the quarter
- You sold $45,000.00 (at quota) - you will earn an extra $4,500.00 gross (10% of total sold) on top of your base salary for the quarter
- You sold $55,000.00 - you will earn an extra $4,500.00 gross for everything sold up to the quota (10% of total sold). You will also earn $2,000.00 gross because you went over the quota by $10,000.00 (20% of total sold). In total, you will earn $6,500.00 gross on top of your base salary for the quarter
