- Implement sales strategies aligned with the needs of small and medium-sized accounts to achieve business objectives
- Identify, plan, and execute revenue growth initiatives while meeting defined sales and customer satisfaction targets
- Lead client interactions, including requirements analysis, solution positioning, and negotiation of commercial terms
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, performance reporting, and timely resolution of client-related matters
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar client management or sales role within an international company
- Professional proficiency in Latvian, English, and German is required; additional languages are considered an advantage*
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and solution-selling processes, including practical experience working with CRM systems and performance tracking tools
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing capabilities, with a proven track record of successful client engagements
- Strong sense of responsibility, customer-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team
