Kamelia Koleva is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
- Processing daily Accounts Receivable transactions and incoming payments in line with internal policies;
- Reviewing and approving customer invoices and maintaining accurate customer accounts and reconciliations;
- Resolving billing discrepancies and communicating in writing with Wholesale customers regarding monthly balances;
- Performing G/L postings in compliance with Accounting Policy, Revenue Recognition Policy and IFRS;
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities;
- Preparing accounting information for internal reporting and management needs;
- Collaborating with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
We'll know you can make it if you have:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounting / Accounts Receivable;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes;
- Experience working with accounting systems (SAP preferred);
- Good organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and customer service skills with attention to detail;
- Fluent German (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
- Experience with IFRS;
- Experience in a global/multinational organization;
- Participation in process or system improvement initiatives;
- Good working knowledge of English.
