Accounts Receivable Junior Specialist with German for Robotics

This position reports to:
AR Junior Team Lead for Robotics

In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive accounts receivable activities for your assigned organization. Each day, you will ensure complete, accurate, and timely execution of transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and procedures, and external regulatory requirements.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Analyzing customers accounts and payments, and ensuring customers debts are collected in line with contracted payment terms
• Dispute management and monitoring of the resolution
• Conducting analyses and initiating the appropriate action as necessary
• Complying with and helping to achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Receivable for applicable templates
• Participating in internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation
• Collaborating closely with your customers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that they stay informed; maximizing customer satisfaction
• Supporting the development and implementation of processes and driving improvement projects to increase efficiency and productivity of your team's activities
• Providing service for RARO.

Qualifications for the role

• You are engaged in the finance and accounting field, enjoying work with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, within the global finance and shared services sector.
• You have at least 6 months of experience in the financial area, with exposure to Accounts Receivable and Finance Shared Services, ideally within a global company environment.
• You are highly adept in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, supporting accurate financial processing and reporting.
• You are passionate about customer service excellence and teamwork, with the ability to work effectively under deadlines.
• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, demonstrating solid academic knowledge of financial principles.
• You are at ease communicating in business English and German
