We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and directing various financial aspects of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes. Key responsibilities

As an Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and bank statements of the exocad entities:

• Process daily bank statements
• Check customer invoices and creation of credit and debit notes in SAP
• Process customer requests via ticket system
• Perform weekly dunning process
• Create weekly aging reports
• Follow up on overdue receivables with customers
• Conduct customer credit checks
• Manage and maintain customer credit control data in SAP
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and AR subledger
• Reconciliation of customer accounts
• Support month-end closing process and annual audit of financial statement
• Act as back up to process accounts payable invoices in SAP
• Contact person for customers, sales managers and customer service

Skills, knowledge & expertise

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in an accounts receivable role
• Excellent knowledge of SAP, ideally S4 Hana
• Familiarity with Credit Management in SAP
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• High level of responsibility and reliability
