Summary of the role:

Currently we are looking for candidates with financial background to join our Collections team. As an AR Analyst, you'll execute and monitor automated and manual processes for Amadeus markets, to apply new requirements, identify problems, analyze and solve them. You'll be the responsible connection between the local customers and business partners, as well of other business units and the central team for billing activities.

In this role you'll:

• perform self-dependently operational and reporting activities for Amadeus products and services
• closely work together with other colleagues across OTC departments (contract fulfillment and billing)
• be a business partner for our internal departments, our management and customers, providing support and advise for all related topics
• collaborate with other units in Amadeus and provide input on the evolution of related processes
• implement new ideas and optimize the process
• Meet the expected KPIs such Ageing Balance, Closing activities, cash application, etc.

About the ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance and/or Business Administration
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in a similar position
• English as company official language.
• Good level of German (B2/C1)
• Responsive and adaptable to changing work priorities to meet required deadlines
• Drive for improvements
• Highly self-motivated and independent.
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP
