Main responsibilities- Process and deliver accurate German payrolls that meet client and statutory requirements
- Perform data checks and validations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
- Maintain clear and audit-ready payroll documentation
- Submit required reports and declarations to German authorities
- Keep our payroll systems updated to reflect legal and organizational changes
- Collaborate with senior payroll experts and support during busy periods
- Respond to routine client requests and generate reports
- Take part in ongoing learning, including German payroll training and job shadowing
Experience needed for this role- Fluent in German and English - strong written and spoken communication
- Degree in any relevant field (Finance, HR, IT, Business, etc.)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented and organized - you manage deadlines with confidence
- Experience in a multinational setting-finance, HR, or IT is a plus
