About the role:The role supports SITA/SAIT commercial teams in achieving business objectives while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through consistent quality of service.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Processing customer enquiries (ServiceNow)
- Initial processing of incoming enquiries in ServiceNow
- Acceptance and assignment of cases as Sales Support Team Amman
- Creation and coordination of internal tasks for relevant SAIT departments to determine the required effort and services for quotation preparation
- Monitoring of task processing status and proactive follow-up in case of delays
- After receiving feedback from all departments involved: forwarding the process to the SAIT Sales Team DUS
- Quotation follow-up
- Monitoring feedback on customer quotations sent within defined deadlines
- Sending reminder letters to customers using standardised text modules if no feedback is received
- Informing the SAIT Sales Team DUS when customer feedback is received
- Objective of the position
- Ensuring structured, timely and transparent processing of customer enquiries and consistent follow-up of quotations to support the sales process.
3. Preparing customer offers- Preparation of quotations for contractually defined standard services after prior review by the DUS sales team
- Preparation of quotations based on contractual specified service types, service scopes and prices
- Processing of low-complexity quotation requests
- Ensuring compliance with existing contractual regulations and price structures
- Obtaining and taking into account final approval by the Sales Team DUS
4. Sales Reporting & Pipeline Management- Preparation of monthly reports on orders and order values
- Monthly compilation and evaluation of all relevant opportunities
- Preparation and presentation of the current sales pipeline
- Systematic tracking of all information required for reporting
QualificationsWho you are:- 2-4 years of experience in customer success or technical support roles preferably in SaaS IT or service-based industries.
- 1-2 years of experience in presales proposal management or bid management particularly in industries involving complex or tailored solutions. Demonstrated experience in preparing client proposals conducting market research and collaborating across teams to develop solutions.
- German Language is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science and any other related field.
