Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities- Primarily responsbile to hanble Know-Your-Customer processes in accordance with regulatory compliance requirements including client onboardings, periodic AML reviews, and daily compliance screenings
- Support the German Desk team in post-onboarding procedures, account opening and electronic banking system setup, business development, legal documentation, and other administrative functions
- Assist Relationship Managers or directly communicate with clients in handling clients' requests; to follow up on trade transaction or payment-related inquiries; and any other duties relating to client portfolio management
- Support relationship managers with customer planning, as well as researching and compiling documents to prepare for appointments with potential and existing customers, creating presentations, and selectively attend client meetings
- Follow-up after customer meetings. Help to develop customer-specific product solutions in cross-functional teams with product experts and maintain data in the CRM system up-to-date
- Support Relationship Managers in the credit-related business by evaluating new business opportunities, drafting term sheets, performing profitability calculations through the internal pricing tool, and preparing credit applications
- Oversee intern training
- Cover the Assistant Relationship Manager for our Trade & Commodity Finance team in case of absence
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required
Job Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Finance or comparable
- At least 2 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Experience in Corporate Banking will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of the corporate banking products including transaction management, lending, capital market FX products, trade finance, and deposit products
- Independent, self-motivated, with strong communication, positive attitude and good analytical skills
