About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:
- processing credit card applications
- processing of credit account changes
- customer service for cardholders, banks, and other external and internal stakeholders
- monitoring and evaluating customers' credit card usage
- handling of deceased, seizure and insolvency customer cases
- monitoring payment defaults
- cooperation with collection agencies,
- handling of email and other written inquiries
- organizing and prioritizing own and team's daily work within given limits and schedules

Essential Qualifications: - Experience in customer service
- Good communication skills in German and English both verbal and written.
- Independent working style and decision-making ability,
- Ability to understand large-scale issues
Bonus Skills: - Relevant education and experience in payment industry, banking, credit management (pre-collection, collection) or contact center environment are seen as benefit
- Flexible and cooperative with team player attitude
- Ability to work with multiply tools
- Pressure tolerance and the ability to tolerate incompleteness
