Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Set-up and maintenance of new and existing customers in our systems.
• Obtaining further information for incomplete documents and checking completed work for accuracy.
• Independent processing of requests from our customers, partners and third parties, according to our SLA's and quality requirements.
• Making changes and additions to clients' accounts.
• Obtaining further information for incomplete documents and checking completed work for accuracy.
• Complying with data integrity and security policies.
• Close cooperation with Sales Department.

Who Are We Looking For

• Very good verbal and written business communication skills in German and English.
• Fluency in Polish.
• Organizational and conceptual skills and a strong client focus.
• Ability to perform data entry with little or no errors.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
