Job Description**Responsibilities**
- Provide PMO support to assigned deals and manage the delivery of all customer-facing documents (proposals, presentations, agreements)
- Manage document lifecycle including deal documentation, customer communication, due diligence materials, and third-party agreements
- Ensure defined proposal standards are consistently applied across bid teams
- Organise and facilitate team meetings and cross-functional collaboration on sub-stream level
- Support the development and roll-out of new tools, templates, and processes; provide training on CRM, SharePoint, and relevant databases
- Produce reporting and decision-support data to enable the Bid Manager and support bid governance standards
- Liaise with German-speaking stakeholders and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the bid process
- Conduct bid strategy analysis and competitive intelligence to support proposal development and positioning
- Review bid submissions for quality assurance, compliance, and adherence to organisational standards prior to delivery
- Manage bid timelines, resource allocation, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery of all bid materials
- Identify and escalate bid risks and mitigation strategies to the Bid Manager and relevant stakeholders
- Conduct post-bid analysis and capture lessons learned to continuously improve bid processes and outcomes
