In this role, you will analyse sales data and calculate Bill-back compensation, communicate and explain the calculation to divisions and distributors. Working as a "go-to" person for internal units for requests outside standard business routine.
What You Will Do:- Calculate medium complex Bill-back compensations based on gathered data
- Resolve First Pass Yield errors
- Resolve complex distributor complaints
- Meet or exceed monthly SLAs and KPI requirements
- Demonstrate advanced understanding and knowledge of SAP Vistex software
- Demonstrate understanding and importance of Bill-back processes and SOx controls, being able to support and resolve issues at department level
- Act proactively at department level
- Process all necessary administration and documentation in the area of responsibility, including SOP/controls documentation
- Implement medium impact procedural changes to improve productivity
- Act as Billback process SME at department level
- Support projects delivery
- Perform audit walkthrough
- Communicates effectively with multi-cultural environment in order to resolve arising issues.

What You Will Need: - +2 years of relevant professional experience in international environment
- Bachelor's degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook software
- Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes
- Good command of English in speaking and writing
- Good command of German
- Previous analytical experience with analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with sizeable and scattered data sources
- Good organizational and time management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
