What you will enjoy doing

• You will manage client documentation for billing purposes and resolve billing issues
• Additionally, you will be able to ensure monthly billing targets are met
• You will verify and validate that all invoices are generated according to received instructions and meet monthly document processing objectives
• Moreover you will verify and validate data, ensuring accurate entry into the system
• You will be able to organize documents for delivery to patients and clients and support the commercial team by resolving inquiries and gathering necessary data
• Further more, you will contact patients to remind them of prescription validity periods and renewal deadlines
• You will prepare, analyze, and validate reports requested by clients
• You will monitor and follow up on prescription renewals to ensure compliance and proper closure at the end of each treatment
• You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation process, contributing to the company's evolution towards digital transformation

What makes you great

• You are fluent in German (mandatory) and an English or Portuguese speaker
• You have bachelor's degree (preferred)
• You have at least two years of experience in backoffice roles
• You are a critical thinker with a dynamic mindset and a continuous improvement approach
• You have a strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving
• Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
• You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation

This role is full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
