To the Business Services Competence Center at Sii Poland we are looking for a person for the position of Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for the development of sales of services in the areas of business operations, finance (AP/AR) and HR on the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a role focused on active customer acquisition, building business relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Your tasks - Actively acquire new customers in the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland
- Generating sales leads and developing the sales pipeline
- Promoting and selling Business Services, particularly in the areas of: Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Business Operations, HR Services
- Preparing sales proposals, conducting negotiations, finalizing contracts and handling customer inquiries on an ongoing basis
- Building and developing long-term relationships with clients and providing high quality service at each stage of cooperation
- Collaborating with the marketing department on sales initiatives and business events (conferences, workshops, webinars)
- Supporting business development by participating in pre-sales processes and working closely with delivery teams and CC Business Services experts
- Acting in accordance with Sii's mission, business objectives and key values
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in selling B2B services as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager
- Fluency in German to work with customers in the DACH region - prerequisite
- Very good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to prepare offers and business presentations
- Dynamic, independent personality with a strong focus on achieving sales goals
- Proactivity, "can-do attitude" and natural ease in building positive business relationships
- Fluency in the Polish language
- Residence in Poland
Nice to have - Experience in selling Business Services, BPO, SSC/GBS or business process outsourcing services
- Knowledge of business processes, particularly in the areas of finance and accounting, operations or HR
