• processing shipments in ECS,
• working on over and shorts,
• controlling the accuracy of shipments delivery,
• contacting the sub-contractors in Germany in case of missing money
• cooperating with COD departments and other financial and non-financial departments like GL, AP, AR , ICRIS,
• overseeing and maintaining the flow of information,
• ensuring an adequate level of customer service internal and external.
We expect from applicants:
• Very good English and German,
• Knowledge of accounting basis,
• Key entry accuracy,
• Customer service oriented,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Ability to work under pressure,
• Time management skills,
• Very well organized,
• At least 6 month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
