The Role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a German speaking Collections Executive to join our department. You will be responsible for promoting and sustaining a constructive, supportive and professional working relationship with all customers and colleagues. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated person who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• To provide a first-class service relating to the resolution of any non/under-paying customers

• Case management of high value accounts in arrears across varying and unique circumstances

• Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls, written content with high levels of care, awareness and accuracy

• Build positive relationships with our merchants to validate their circumstances and resolve with a positive outcome for both YouLend and the merchant.

• Negotiate, implement and execute positive solutions with the Merchants circumstances in mind, while balancing the best interests of the business

• Work with a wide range of teams within the company to understand, strategize and implement the most appropriate course of action for each account

• Ensuring compliance with all appropriate legislation regulatory body guidelines

• Empathy, forbearance and professionalism

• Strong communication skills, accuracy and confidence

• The ability to deal with a variety of challenges, innovate and think on your feet

• Business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit with real enthusiasm for helping SMEs.
• Experience within the finance industry is advantageous.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience within Credit Control/Collections/Debt Recovery environment

• Fluent in German and English
