About the RoleAs a core member of our expanding German team, you will bridge the gap between customer support and financial stability. You will take end-to-end ownership of your portfolio, using your judgment to find solutions that help our customers succeed while supporting the scaling of our financial systems in a key market.
Key responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for German business customers regarding payment plans and account inquiries.
- Negotiate realistic and fair installment plans that maintain positive customer relationships and safeguard financial performance.
- Document all agreements and interactions in our CRM to ensure team transparency and data integrity.
- Monitor payment patterns to provide actionable insights that help the team refine our collection strategies.
- Collaborate with our Underwriting and Customer Success teams to resolve discrepancies and improve operational processes.
What we're looking forYou approach challenges with a structured, data-informed mindset and a drive to build scalable frameworks. You are comfortable navigating complex financial conversations and thrive on driving alignment between customer needs and company growth.
Qualifications- Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English.
- A detail-oriented approach with the ability to maintain precision in high-volume environments.
- Strong communication skills with a proven ability to build trust and negotiate on equal terms.
- A collaborative mindset and the willingness to learn within a fast-paced fintech environment.
- Experience in customer service or a commercial role is considered a plus, but not required.

One Last ThingThis is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. While we encourage a hybrid setup, we do expect you to be at least three days per week at the office. We review applications on a ro lling basis and while the start date is flexible, the right candidate can join us immediately.
