About the roleWhen you join our Collection team, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our customers still receive the best service even when things get financially challenging.
Germany is an important market for Qred, and you will be one of the first team members helping us to build this area. We are driven by understanding our customers' needs, their business models, and how we can help. Listening to our customers, understanding their situation, and finding a fair solution together is the key to success.
This is a great opportunity to learn how to build a successful company - and have fun while doing it! You will be an important part of our "Customer Success" mission, with a clear focus: you help our customers keep their finances under control and thereby secure Qred's growth.
You will: - Be the main point of contact for our German business customers for all questions regarding payment plans and account balances
- Negotiate creative and realistic instalment plans that strengthen the relationship with the customer while safeguarding Qred's financial stability
- Carefully document every interaction and agreement in our CRM system so that our entire team is always up to date
- Monitor incoming payments, identify patterns in the data, and help your team make smarter, data-driven decisions
- Work closely with other Customer Success and Underwriting teams to clarify discrepancies and continuously improve our processes

- Fluency in German and good English skills
