Our partner is a multinational company in the field of BSC. They started to expand in Budapest in 2013 and the company currently employs over 500 people. They are serving their customers in 17 different languages with a focus on IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management.
As a Commercial Advisor, you will be providing the following tasks:
- You are contributing to keep customers networking infrastructure up to date. By this you support customers in improving their business and profitability.
- You are the contact for business customer base and the recipient for their requests.
- Working close together with customers, vendors and distribution as well as internal experts, service and sales teams you create proper configurations in vendor tools and finally valid quotes to our customers.
- You know which products fit into your customer environment, which pricing schemes apply best and how to optimize processes.
Requirements
- Professional experience is not necessary, you can also be a beginner who would like to use your German and English language skills in an international environment.
- Fluency in German and upper intermediate English.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Good Administrative skills.
- You are self-motivated and able to work in a remote team.
- Customer care - ability to listen and understand the needs of customers and sales.
- Good understanding of MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
