EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Transaction Strategy and Execution team work together with German Real Estate Team. Together, we are looking for a Senior Consultant - Project Management & Construction to join the GDS team in Poland.

The opportunity

Our team is one of largest real estate and infrastructure groups of advisors, focusing on transformation advice for private and public clients. Our deep sector knowledge, our global network with local market experts, enable us to add real value to our client's projects.

Your key responsibilities

• Real estate projects full cycle consulting.
• Provide consultation on property construction, infrastructure engineering projects, including planning, design, and implementation.
• Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
• Develop and review engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Business and operational transformation projects for real estate.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction and maintenance phases.
• Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure the highest quality of service.
• Prepare and present technical reports, market studies, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in project management for commercial property constructions.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Open mind with excellent analytical skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• +2 years' of professional experience in real estate construction sector.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Ability to travel and work across EU as per business requirements.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Excellent Experience in working for German real estate clients.
