We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated
Contract Management Officer to join our organization. In this role, you will report directly to the Commercial Leader of the unit and be responsible for order and contract management across our operations. We are expanding our
Riga-based team, and now looking for a second team member to join us on-site in Riga. The role also offers close collaboration with our colleagues in
Switzerland and Netherlands, providing a dynamic and international working environment.
Key responsibilities: - Leading commercial processes for DevOps units
- Order and contract management, and initiation of renewal of contracts and negotiations
- Order requisition and obligations management
- SPOC for controlling
- Budget management: planning, challenging, tracking, re-bookings
- Operational interaction with SCM (purchasing department)
- Support the transformation of commercial agenda in the process organization

What we expect:- Ability to work precisely and getting things done in the operational processing
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Strong negotiation, and communication skills
- Results-driven, with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Preferred background: a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational partnership management/procurement and preferably license management
- Working experience in a corporate environment, ideally in the field of IT
- Preferred education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field
- Work-Experience in the field of Controlling/Finance (nice to have)
