What you will help us with
As a Customer Service Representative (DE), you'll play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers, primarily in German. As Germany represents one of our largest markets, all customer interactions will take place via email, where you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure each customer receives timely and helpful assistance
A selection of your daily activities
• Offering written support to customers.
• Guiding customers on the use of gift cards and gaming products.
• Assisting customers in navigating the digital world.
• Demonstrating patience and empathy, especially when customers are not tech-savvy.
• Effectively communicating complex digital issues in simple terms.
• Detecting fraud and identifying tampered documents to protect our customers.
What you bring to the table
• A service-oriented mindset.
• Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not required).
• Proficiency in written and spoken German.
• Solid written and spoken English.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including one evening a week and one Saturday shift per month, with availability on Mondays.
