Job descriptionYour role: DACH Service & Product Engineer - German Market📍
Paris (Headquarters), France | International travel (≈50%)You will act as Service & Product Specialist for our German-speaking market and be the technical reference for all deepLive™ users in this region. You will not only ensure flawless execution in the field, you will actively contribute to improving the product and shaping our service strategy. This role combines advanced optical technology, real-world clinical interaction, high-level troubleshooting and continuous product feedback. You will play a key role in scaling our presence in our most strategic European market.
Deploy & train - Ensure every new system starts at its highest performance level.- Configure and validate deepLive™ systems before shipment.
- Perform on-site installations and commissioning.
- Train clinicians and biomedical engineers on optimal system use.
Maintain & Support - Guarantee long-term performance and customer satisfaction.- Monitor system performance and provide expert remote support.
- Investigate complex technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Perform on-site maintenance (~35 interventions/year).
Improve & Collaborate - Contribute to product evolution and service excellence.- Structure customer feedback and manage technical complaints.
- Collaborate with R&D to implement product improvements.
- Deploy software updates and system upgrades.
Required profile- MSc / Engineering degree / PhD in Optics. Experience in optical imaging or scientific instrumentation
- Native or bilingual German (mandatory). Fluent English and French.
- Curious, analytical and solution-oriented.
- Comfortable interacting with physicians.
- Autonomous yet team-oriented.
- Willing to travel internationally.
