Key Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers on Booking.com's services, policies, and features to maximize user experience.

Requirements

Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is highly desirable.
