How you'll make your mark:The
Digital Inbound Lead Qualifier with German is responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance to new and existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.
- Efficiently handle inbound live chat, call sales and email sales for relevant customers to generate new leads and new customer opportunities.
- Develop and manage lead generation performance for your respective geographies.
- Articulate the company's technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
- Represent HPE with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain excellent communication and build strong relationships with customers, sales representatives and all internal teams involved in lead management.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:- Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phone) to interact and reach out to online customers.
- Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.
- Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.
- Comply with all HPE standards, processes and tools.
- Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.
About you:- Fluent in German and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent communication and grammar skills.
- Passionate about lead generation and expanding the customer base.
- Ability to nurture and build strong customer relationships.
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations.
- Moderate knowledge and understanding of business development.
- Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles.
