About You

Are you a Electrical Engineer looking to grow your expertise and make a difference on projects across the world? Buro Happold is looking to recruit an German speaking Electrical Designer to join our MEP at our office in Warsaw.

Your key duties

• Coordination of Polish-German projects related to Electrical Installation Design
• Daily cooperation with internal design teams, external partners, and clients in Poland and Germany
• Managing project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation
• Supporting engineers in gathering project requirements and clarifying technical details
• Preparing and maintaining bilingual project correspondence (PL/DE)
• Monitoring project progress and escalating risks or delays
• Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and quality guidelines
• Organizing and leading project meetings, including drafting minutes and action plans

Your skills and experience

As an experienced Electrical Engineer, it is expected that you would be able to demonstrate:

• Very good command of Polish and German (spoken and written); English is a plus
• Experience in project coordination, preferably in engineering or construction
• Understanding of electrical installation design processes (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
