Main responsibilities:

• Deliver management presentations
• Track performance reports
• Review and keep organizational charts up to date
• Gather, analyze, and summarize data/information for management
• Support management in any ad-hoc deliverable
• Process customer invoices for German market prior payout

About you

Education:

• Ongoing university studies (active student status) studying a degree in finance or related subjects

Experience:

• Min. 30-40 hours/week

Soft and technical skills:

• Strong deductive and analytical skills
• Computer literate and familiar with accounting applications (knowledge of SAP will be an advantage)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally
• Good communication skills
• Attentive to customer needs and feedback
• Organized, attention to detail
• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

Languages:

• English knowledge in advanced level
• German language knowledge is an advantage (any level, at least A2).
