fluent German-speaking Appointment Setter to engage decision-makers in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You'll be booking
warm, qualified B2B appointments for our clients - no cold hard selling, no pressure tactics, just professional conversations.

What You'll Be Doing - Speaking to German-speaking B2B decision-makers via phone
- Qualifying interest and securing warm appointments
- Representing our clients professionally and confidently
- Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
Working hours: 37.5-40 hours per week
Full flexibility required between
8am-8pm, Monday-Friday What We're Looking For - Fluent / native-level German (spoken & written)
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in telesales or face-to-face sales
- Confident communicator who enjoys structured targets
- Resilient, motivated, and professional
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven but supportive team
What We Offer - £13.00 - £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Uncapped bonus structure with clear earning potential
