In this position, you will provide essential back office support for gaming operations, focusing on German-speaking players and ensuring the highest quality support behind the scenes.

As a Back Office Gaming Support Specialist, you will analyze player information, support front office activities, investigate complex player issues, and contribute to smooth gaming operations and compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities

• Deliver back office support and technical assistance tailored to German-speaking players
• Analyze player accounts and detect potential irregularities or concerns
• Collaborate effectively with front office teams and developers to resolve complex cases
• Monitor adherence to gaming policies and report compliance statuses
• Update player accounts and transactions accurately and promptly
• Maintain thorough documentation of cases, processes, and communications per company standards
• Participate in enhancing gaming support procedures to improve player experience

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in back office gaming support or similar roles is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and discretion handling confidential information
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation costs fully covered
