Key Responsibilities - Provide exceptional client support to German-speaking customers using Booking.com via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with their bookings, inquiries, and any issues they may encounter during the process.
- Resolve concerns quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Document and track client interactions in our CRM system for effective service management.
- Collaborate with various teams to improve service delivery and address client needs efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date on Booking.com products and features to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements - Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a dedication to client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns effectively through problem-solving.
- Familiarity with booking platforms or travel services is advantageous.
