A Day in the Life: Your Core ResponsibilitiesYour primary task will be to review and analyze user-generated content from the German-speaking market. This includes videos, images, comments, and other media. You'll work tirelessly to ensure that all content adheres to our strict community guidelines and policies.

• Content Evaluation: You'll make quick and accurate decisions on whether content should be removed, restricted, or approved based on a clear set of policies. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to apply complex guidelines to real-world situations.
• Policy Enforcement: You will be the guardian of our platform's rules, ensuring that every user has a positive and safe experience. This involves handling a high volume of content daily, with efficiency and consistency.
• Trend Identification: As you work, you will identify emerging trends in content and behavior that violate our policies. Your insights are crucialyou will escalate these findings to management to help us stay ahead of new threats and improve our moderation tools.
• Team Collaboration: You will collaborate with a diverse team of moderators and quality assurance specialists from around the globe. This collaborative environment ensures consistency in our moderation practices and fosters a supportive and engaging workplace.

Who We're Looking ForWe are searching for someone with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to protecting online communities. While we value prior experience in content moderation or a similar field, it is not essential. We believe that with the right attitude and language skills, you can thrive in this role.

Key Requirements:

• Exceptional German: You must have a strong command of the German language (B2/C1 or higher). This is critical for understanding the cultural context and nuances of the content you'll be reviewing.
• Proficient English: A solid understanding of English (B2 or higher) is a must, as it is our company's primary communication language.
